Check Airflow: Place your finger directly over the atomization hole (the small opening where the mist would normally emerge).
Confirm Function: If you feel air gently pushing against your finger, your diffuser is functioning properly.

Understanding Your Return & Refund Options:

Scenario 1: Tested, NOT Working (No oil added): If your diffuser fails the pre-use test and no essential oil has been added, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Scenario 2: Tested, IS Working (No oil added), but you change your mind: If your diffuser passes the pre-use test and no essential oil has been added, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The product must remain in its original, unused condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse to confirm no essential oil usage, a refund will be processed.
Scenario 3: Tested, NOT Working (But oil was added): If your diffuser fails the pre-use test but essential oil has already been added, a refund cannot be issued. However, after careful inspection and investigation by our team to confirm a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new replacement product.
Scenario 4: Tested, IS Working (And oil was added): If your diffuser passes the pre-use test and essential oil has been added, the product is now considered used. No return or refund can be offered, as essential oil has been introduced.

Gently remove the top cover and reservoir cap.
Pour your preferred 100% pure essential oil into the reservoir. To ensure proper function, always pour enough oil to reach the minimum fill level (approximately 20ml or more recommended). The reservoir's full capacity is 100mL.
(Optional) For a unique aromatic experience, you can blend multiple essential oils directly in the 100mL reservoir. (ex: 20ml lavender, 20ml peppermint, and etc.)

Can I use any essential oil?

Yes, you can use any 100% pure essential oil of your choice. For the best experience, we recommend high-quality essential oils to maintain purity and maximize the benefits of each breath.

How do I know if my diffuser is functioning properly or not?

To determine if your diffuser is working correctly before first use, please perform this simple test:
